If the wine world was a school, Can Virgili would be the playground. Family tradition of making quality organic wines meets Alex and Albert Virgilli's unorthodox creative minds.
This special project was made using declassified reserve Cava taken from the Can Virgili estate in Penedes, Catalunya. The single expression style of 100% Chardonnay has been night harvested, fermented for 25 days at cool temperatures and aged for 2 years before release.
